Get Involved

We are a volunteer based organization and our volunteers are the key to our success. Normnot Academy volunteers are at the front lines of creating a positive culture. It's a courageous and noble decision to be a mentor and we want to be a part of your journey. Together we can achieve the results necessary to inspire transformation within the community.

If you are in interested in getting involved with a growing leadership mentoring program - then you have come to the right place!

Available Volunteer Roles:

1. Leadership Coach – lead or assist with workshops and teaching leadership curriculum in a classroom/group environment.

2. Outreach Officer – lead outreach initiatives in the community

3. Leadership Mentor – engage and mentor youth twice a month

4. General Volunteers – for anyone who is interested in participating in Normnot Academy activities.
