About Us
Normnot Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers mentoring through leadership workshops, sessions, and outreach opportunities to introduce leadership principles and practices for our youth. We begin in 2017 with a concept introducing to the youth that they are already leaders, simply because, someone is always watching what you do and what you don’t do. You are leading whether you know it or not. The question becomes: What kind of leader are you?
Our interactive workshops, unique curriculum, and volunteer service projects allow us to create a positive culture that empowers leadership, builds character, promotes diversity, self-development, and educates youth to strengthen and unlock their leadership capabilities.
Our vision is to engage youth in every community, helping them become great leaders that inspire a positive culture for the future. To do that, we must first BE a culture that transforms community.
