Normnot Academy is a non-profit organization that believes every teen and young adult should have access to mentor programs that empowers leadership, builds character and creates a positive culture.
We believe encouraging and empowering the youth to be great thought leaders and role models will make a positive impact in every community in the world. We create a positive, engaging atmosphere that allows genuine responses and interactions key to unlocking leadership qualities and potential.
Our foundation is to support leadership and character development, community outreach and equipping teens with the skills and tools they need to become great leaders.
We believe providing holistic mentoring programs that highlight leadership & character education with community outreach can transform every community, having a sustained positive impact on the world.
Our programs consists of customized workshops, leadership and character development sessions with community outreach, and coming soon, leadership and character camps. We've partnered with many organizations in an effort to bring leadership development and character education to the front of the mentoring experience.
